UpGrows is a club for professional growth with regular practicums, experience sharing, mentoring and skill challenges. Our domain is upgrows.club.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UpGrows services, info products or goods, you agree to these Terms of Service.
3. Services
Our services include group practicums, peer experience sharing sessions, one-on-one mentoring and skill challenges designed to foster professional development.
4. Info Products
Info products include digital guides, templates and resource materials available for download.
5. Goods
Goods include physical items such as branded tools, merchandise and printed materials.
6. Fees and Payment
All fees are due in advance. Payment methods are provided at the time of purchase.
7. Refund and Reimbursement Policy
7.1 Services
Requests for reimbursement for a scheduled service may be submitted up to seven days before the session date for full reimbursement. If notice is provided between three and six days before the session, seventy percent reimbursement applies. Notice given less than three days before the session will be reimbursed at fifty percent. One-on-one mentoring sessions are not eligible for reimbursement due to resource allocation.
7.2 Info Products
Digital downloads are eligible for reimbursement within fourteen days of purchase provided the product has not been accessed or downloaded. Once access is granted, products are not eligible for reimbursement.
7.3 Goods
Physical items may be sent back for reimbursement within thirty days of shipment if unused and in original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs.
8. Scheduling and Rescheduling of Services
Clients may reschedule a service up to five days prior to the scheduled date at no extra charge. To request rescheduling, contact us via our contact form. Rescheduling requests after this period may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to upgrows.club. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
